Those Korean claims Japan had forced to change the name of "East Sea" to "Sea of Japan" during annexatin of Korea, is wrong story.
Check this U.S navy map. Commandar Mattew Perry, who had established the diplomatic relation between United States and Japan, visit japan on 1855, his chart describes "The JAPAN SEA"

Also, Great Korean Imperial had already use the name of "Sea of Japan " on 1895, before when Japan annexed Korea on 1910.

You will easily realize Korean claim against Sea of Japan fille up with distorture. Korean abuse lies more 671 times than Japan do.
I hope you checkt true historical evidence.
